Our Full Service Management includes all Leasing Services as well as

- Enter the listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.
- Place pictures and information about your property on our company web site.
- Show the rental to as many prospective tenants as possible.
- Advertize in over 50 internet and print services and websites.
Full Management
Our Full Service Management includes all leasing services as well as collecting rents, handling requests for repairs and maintenance, arranging tenant notices and evictions when necessary and a final inspection and closing statement, upon tenants vacating the property.
Lease Only Services
We will do all the work up front and you can manage the property after a tenant is secured. Our Services Include a full marketing in over 50 internet sites, application process, drawing up a lease, collect security deposit and complete "move in" report including photos.
Background Check
A rental background check is an additional screening tool that allows landlords to see various aspects of a tenant applicant's past behavior.
Renewal Inspections
We WILL NOT renew a lease agreement without conducting an interior care and maintenance walk-thru every year. Tenants are fully informed of this policy before entering into our lease agreement.
HOA Registration Services
Many neighborhoods and community developments in FLORIDA have a Homeowners’ Association (HOA) or Property Owners’ Association (POA) that require membership and registration of anyone that buys or rents a home in the neighborhood or development.
Repairs and Home Warranty
We require non-emergency maintenance requests to be made by phone or in writing via either an email or online downloadable form on our web site. These requests will be closed out within three business days (subject to vendor availability). A quick response is the single most important issue to our tenants.
